Christina Tournatzes is a freelance film driector and screenwriter based in Munich. She graduated from macromedia university in 2019 with her short film CARGO which was shown at 53 film festivals in more than 20 countries. Cargo is represented by AG Kurzfilm, among others. In 2020 she started the realisation of her first full length film KARLA, whith which she won the first price for her pitch at the JETS initiative 2021. For Karla she recieved funding of the BKM, FFF Bayern, DFFF, arte and BR. The film is represented by Playmakers Munich and is currently in festival submission. It will be released in the beginning of 2025.
